By accessing or using HugsandPaws services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Service Description

HugsandPaws provides puppy-assisted wellness and social events including but not limited to puppy yoga, puppy painting, birthday parties, corporate events, private events, and adoption meetups. All services are subject to availability and booking confirmation.

Bookings and Payments

Booking Process

• All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit as specified
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason

Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise agreed
• Accepted payment methods include credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable

Participant Responsibilities

Health and Safety

Participants must:

• Disclose any allergies to animals or other relevant health conditions
• Follow all safety instructions provided by staff and handlers
• Supervise children at all times during events
• Report any injuries or incidents immediately to staff

Conduct

Participants agree to:

• Treat all puppies, staff, and other participants with respect
• Follow instructions regarding puppy handling and interaction
• Refrain from disruptive or inappropriate behavior
• Not bring personal pets to events unless specifically authorized

Liability and Indemnification

Participants acknowledge that:

• Interaction with animals carries inherent risks including scratches, bites, or allergic reactions
• HugsandPaws takes all reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee against all incidents
• Participants assume responsibility for their own health and safety
• Participants agree to indemnify HugsandPaws against claims arising from their participation

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on our website and at our events are the property of HugsandPaws. Participants may take personal photos and videos but may not use them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

Force Majeure

HugsandPaws is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, health emergencies, or puppy welfare concerns.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
